What You’ll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

* Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions.

* Research trending ad creatives, hooks, formats, and marketing strategies.

* Understand what types of ads are working in the D2C industry and suggest new ideas.

* Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad concepts.

* Assist in scripting and planning UGC (User-Generated Content) style advertisements.

* Analyze competitors’ advertisements and identify opportunities.

* Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.

* Generate performance reports and share actionable insights.

* Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager features, platform updates, and industry trends.
