Role Purpose

Weikfield Foods is looking for a energetic National Key Account Manager (NKAM) to drive business growth across key Modern Trade accounts.

The role will be responsible for managing national customer relationships, delivering sales targets, executing Joint Business Plans (JBP), driving category growth, and ensuring profitable business expansion across organized retail.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage national key accounts including Reliance Retail (Smart, Smart Bazaar, Fresh, Signature, JioMart) Milk Basket, D-Mart, Trent (Star Bazaar), More Retail (MRL),and other regional modern trade chains.
- Develop and execute annual business plans (JBP) with key customers to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Drive sales growth through effective assortment planning, promotions, new product launches, and category development. Lead commercial negotiations, annual contracts, promotional investments, listing fees, and trading terms while ensuring profitability.
- Manage account-wise P&L;, trade spends, promotional budgets, and return on investment (ROI).



Ensure excellent execution across stores by coordinating with field sales teams, merchandisers, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, secondary sales, stock availability, replenishment, and inventory health to minimize stock-outs. Work closely with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales trends, market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities. Prepare periodic business reviews, sales forecasts, account MIS, and management presentations.

Preferred Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in Modern Trade/National Key Account Management within the FMCG/ Food & Beverage industry.
