Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Office Stacking / Property Sourcing Executive to identify and source Grade A office spaces across commercial buildings and business parks. The ideal candidate will have solid market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and experience working with landlords, developers, brokers, and IPCs.

Key Responsibilities
- Source office spaces across key commercial micro-markets.
- Build relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, and brokers.
- Conduct market surveys to identify new leasing opportunities.
- Evaluate properties based on location, building grade, accessibility, and commercial viability.
- Maintain an updated property inventory and CRM database.
- Coordinate site visits and support the leasing team with property matching.




- Prepare weekly sourcing reports and market updates.

Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, property sourcing, or brokerage.
- Strong understanding of commercial office markets.
- Existing network with landlords, brokers, and developers is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Real Estate preferred).
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Commercial Real Estate, Office Leasing, Property Advisory, Brokerage, or International Property Consultant (IPC) firms.
