Reporting To: Production Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking freshers to join our Production Department. The candidate will assist in manufacturing activities, ensure smooth production operations, and follow quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Operate machines as per instructions from the supervisor.
- Monitor production processes and report any issues.
- Follow safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.
- Assist in material handling and production documentation.
- Work with team members to achieve production targets.
- Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / B.Sc

Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts.
- Positive attitude and discipline.

Experience:

Fresher (04 year)
