Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager

JAGATHI is looking for energetic team players and confident sales professionals who are passionate about closing deals and have relevant experience in sales closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

ü Convert sales lead and prospects by following the established residential sales process.

ü Maintain complete visibility of the sales pipeline at every stage using the CRM system.

ü Negotiate effectively and demonstrate strong persuasion and closing skills.

ü Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure successful conversions.

ü Acquire and retain comprehensive product knowledge and represent the brand professionally.

ü Contribute to team goals and support related activities as required.

ü Deliver excellent presentations and provide exceptional customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales closing and customer relationship management.

· Excellent communication skills in English and vernacular languages.

· Strong negotiation, convincing,



and relationship building abilities.

· Good listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.

· Skilled appearance and positive attitude.

Work Schedule:

This role requires working on weekends and public holidays.

Weekly offs will be provided on weekdays.

Qualification:

Ø Any Degree

Ø Age limit: 22 to 30 years

Ø Experience: min 1 years’ experience in sales
