We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Acquisition Manager who can identify potential clients, build meaningful connections, and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities - Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach founders, business owners, CEOs, startups, doctors, coaches, consultants, and brands who can benefit from personal branding and content marketing.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the client success and content teams.
- Bring current ideas to expand the agency's client base.

Requirements




- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Agency Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling marketing, branding, media, consulting, or creative services is preferred.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer strategic solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and sales outreach techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of founders, entrepreneurs, or business leaders.
- Experience working in a marketing agency, branding agency, media company, or startup ecosystem.
- Understanding of personal branding, content strategy, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and podcast marketing.
