Eligibility:
Graduate/Under graduate required; experience in home loan retention
Good English communication
Shift time:
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 1 Rotational week off
Salary - Up to 28500 CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build positive customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Educate customers about products, services, and available solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet quality standards and customer retention targets set by the organization.
Pay: ₹28,500.00 per month
