Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (with regional travel across AP/Telangana)

MaxMySales (WhatsHubAI) is a Meta Verified Tech Provider delivering an AI-powered WhatsApp Revenue Engine — combining WhatsApp Business API, AI Chatbots, and AI Calling — to 2,000+ SMB customers across real estate, education, and digital marketing verticals.

Role Summary

We're looking for a Sales Director to take complete ownership of revenue generation — from pipeline building to closing to renewals. This is a high-accountability, revenue-first leadership role reporting directly to the founder, responsible for building and scaling a predictable sales engine across AP/Telangana and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sales revenue target — pipeline, forecasting, and closing

Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team (SDRs, AEs, field sales)

Define and execute go-to-market strategy across priority verticals (real estate, education, digital marketing)





Develop and manage channel/reseller partnerships to expand reach

Set pricing, discounting, and deal-structuring guardrails

Own the sales pipeline in CRM — accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership

Represent MaxMySales in key client meetings and strategic deals

Drive customer retention and expansion revenue alongside recent logo acquisition

Collaborate with marketing on demand-gen and brand awareness initiatives

Report weekly/monthly on revenue performance, pipeline health, and team productivity

Requirements

6–10+ years in B2B SaaS/tech sales, with 2+ years in a sales leadership role

Proven track record of owning and hitting revenue targets (not just quota, but full P&L-style; ownership)

Experience selling to SMBs; WhatsApp/CPaaS/AI/chatbot industry experience a strong plus

Strong network in AP/Telangana SMB ecosystem preferred

Excellent skills in CRM management, forecasting, and sales process design
