Sales Head China Operations-Agri & Commodities - 9+ Years -Navi Mumbai

Drive business growth and lead strategic sales operations across the China market for a leading organization in the Agri & Commodities sector. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with strong expertise in stakeholder management, new business development, key account management, and market expansion within agricultural and commodity products.

Responsibilities

1. Drive sales strategy and business expansion across the China market for Agri & Commodities products.
2. Build and manage relationships with distributors, customers, government bodies, and key stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
3. Identify and acquire recent business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts to achieve revenue targets.
4. Lead commercial negotiations,



monitor market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable business growth.

Requirements

1. 9+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Operations within the Agri or Commodities industry.
2. Proven expertise in stakeholder management, key account management, and developing strategic customer relationships.
3. Strong experience in new business development, market expansion, sales planning, and revenue growth.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with exposure to international markets, preferably China.
5. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
