Target Grades: Grade 6 to Grade 8 (IIT-JEE Foundation) | Grade 9 & Grade 10 (CBSE Curriculum)

Job Overview

We are seeking a agile, passionate, and result-oriented PGT Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise capable of bridging middle-school concepts with competitive exam readiness (IIT-JEE Foundation for Grades 6–8) while driving high academic performance in the CBSE Board curriculum for Grades 9 and 10.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Curriculum Delivery & Teaching
- IIT Foundation (Grades 6–8): Design and deliver advanced analytical and problem-solving modules to build strong mathematical reasoning, logical aptitude, and competitive foundations early on.
- CBSE Curriculum (Grades 9 & 10): Teach as per the latest NCERT and CBSE guidelines, ensuring thorough conceptual understanding, board exam readiness, and complete syllabus coverage.
- Problem-Solving Skills:



Train students in shortcut techniques, high-order thinking skills (HOTS), Olympiad-level questions, and structured step-by-step problem-solving.

2. Assessment & Progress Tracking
- Formulate regular tests, DPPS (Daily Practice Problem Sheets), mock board exams, and competitive foundation test papers.
- Analyze individual student performance, identify learning gaps, and conduct remedial/doubt-clearing sessions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of student progress and communicate actionable feedback to parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).

3. Pedagogy & Classroom Management
- Integrate interactive teaching tools, visual aids, and digital platforms to make abstract mathematical concepts engaging.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
