Role : Dealer Development Head

Location- Gurugram

Role & responsibilities

1. Network Expansion
- Develop and execute the annual dealer network expansion strategy.
- Identify current business opportunities and potential dealer partners across assigned regions.
- Conduct market mapping, feasibility studies, and territory planning.
- Ensure dealership appointments align with company growth objectives.

2. Dealer Appointment & Onboarding
- Evaluate dealer applications based on financial capability, infrastructure, market potential, and business credentials.
- Lead end-to-end dealer onboarding, documentation, agreements, and approvals.
- Coordinate dealership setup and launch activities.

3. Dealer Performance Management
- Monitor dealer sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Define KPIs and review dealer performance periodically.
- Implement improvement plans for underperforming dealerships.

4. Channel Development
- Strengthen dealer relationships through regular engagement.
- Drive implementation of Sales, Service, and Spare Parts (3S) standards.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, branding, and customer experience guidelines.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and CRM teams.
- Support dealer inventory planning, retail finance, and product availability.
- Ensure timely resolution of dealer issues.

6. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor network expansion and dealership strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and dealer performance data.
- Recommend strategic initiatives to enhance market penetration.

7. Process & Policy Development
- Develop and improve dealer appointment policies and operational SOPs.
- Support implementation and optimization of Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Drive digital adoption across the dealer network.
