Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Collibra Developer to join our Data Governance and Management team. This role will involve both internal enterprise-wide initiatives and client-facing project delivery, including support for a major client using the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform (DIP). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Collibra, data governance practices, and workflow automation, with the ability to design, implement, and scale metadata and master data management (MDM) solutions. The role requires collaboration with internal data stakeholders and external client teams, ensuring alignment with both business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement Collibra Data Catalog for metadata management, business glossary, and data lineage.
- Develop, configure,



and maintain Collibra workflows using BPMN 2.0 for automation of data stewardship, approval, and governance processes.
- Customize and manage Collibra Operating Model components (domains, asset types, attributes, relationships).
- Integrate Collibra with external systems (ETL tools, BI platforms, Data Lakes, MDM platforms like Informatica/Reltio).
- Translate business metadata and lineage requirements into technical specifications and Collibra artifacts.
- Support Collibra implementation across internal domains as well as client domains (starting with Sales for retail client).
- Build reusable assets, templates, and reference data models to scale Collibra solutions across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Data Stewards, Data Owners, Architects) and client stakeholders to gather requirements.
