Preferred Candidate Profile
- Gender Preference: Male (preferred due to plant operational requirements, where legally permissible and consistent with applicable employment laws)
- Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Factory environments.
- Positive understanding of labour laws, statutory compliances, and factory HR operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction of plant employees.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift-related HR activities.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of attendance and overtime data.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including the Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act (where applicable), EPF, ESIC, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers,



records, and documentation required for compliance and audits.
- Coordinate with government authorities, labour inspectors, and external auditors during inspections.
- Manage contractor workforce documentation and statutory compliance.
- Address employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.
- Support employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and compliance dashboards for management.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies, safety standards, and plant discipline.
- Work closely with production and plant leadership to support workforce planning and operational requirements.

Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred).
