Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated W2 Full time Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in US Staffing / IT Recruitment and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various job openings.

Responsibilities:

1. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
2. - Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements.
3. - Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess qualifications.
4. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. - Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
6. - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
7. - Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring requirements.
8. - Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Meet recruitment targets and maintain high-quality candidate submissions.
10. Requirements:
11. - Previous experience in US Staffing / IT Recruitment preferred.
12. - Knowledge of W2, C2C, and other US employment types is a plus.
13. - Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
14. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
16. - Good knowledge of job portals and recruiting tools.
17. - Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
