Oracle Fusion Techno Functional Resource
- He must have knowledge and be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management module.
- Prepare functional requirement documents, business process flows and solution design documents.
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions, integrations, and reports within Oracle CDM cloud applications
- Bridge technical gaps using SQL, BIP, FBDI and REST/SOAP API ensuring seamless data flow and system performance while supporting implementation and post go-live technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Solid knowledge of Customer Data Management.
- Expertise in Oracle fusion CDM.
- Technical design & development: Build custom reports (BIP, OTBI), data templates (FBDI)
- Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations using SOAP/REST APIs
- Data Conversion/Migration: Migrate data from legacy systems to oracle fusion using FBDI and web services.
- Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues including managing service request (SR) with Oracle support.
- Collaboration: Work with the team on functional and technical requirements.
