Role Description
This full-time,



on-site role as Engineer – Machine Shop Production (CNC-VMC) is based in Khandala and focuses on managing and optimizing CNC/VMC machining operations in a production setting. The engineer will oversee daily machine shop activities, including setting up CNC/VMC machines, reviewing drawings, preparing tooling, and ensuring efficient job changeovers. Responsibilities include monitoring production output, coordinating with production planning and quality teams, and implementing process improvements to meet delivery schedules and cost targets. The role involves performing basic troubleshooting on machines, maintaining equipment health, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and documenting production and process parameters. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support new product development trials, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the machine shop.
