Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct virtual meetings, and present suitable commercial leasing options. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating lease terms under guidance of senior staff, and following up to close deals. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



and monitoring market trends to advise clients effectively. The Sales Executive is expected to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering professional, client-focused service.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in corporate real estate, commercial leasing, or related B2B services.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in virtual and phone-based environments.
- Comfort with remote work, including strong time management, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software, standard office productivity tools, and online meeting platforms.
- Ability to analyze market information, rental data, and client requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
