Paul Street is a partner marketing agency. We build and run premium, relationship-first partner programs for a growing list of brands, powered by an operations engine of data infrastructure, automation, and AI workflows.

We're hiring someone to own the AI layer of how Paul Street runs: learn how the business actually works, map processes across every department, and rebuild the ones worth solving as proactive, agent-powered workflows. You define what gets built; our engineer builds it with you. And you get the whole team doing more with AI, turning what you learn into skills and workflows people actually adopt.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Process mapping across the business: a live view of where manual effort, cost, and delay actually sit

• Agent-powered workflows: rebuild the processes worth solving, prioritized ruthlessly on value vs. effort

• The right AI solution, not the default one: you evaluate the wider AI landscape and pick what fits, including on cost

• Team AI enablement: skills and patterns the wider team actually adopts

• The path to proactive agents:



the context engineering and the "what gets built," driven to done with visible status

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You've built AI-powered, agentic workflows that run proactively and do real work. Proven, not demos.

• Fluent with Claude, current on the wider AI toolscape, and you pick tools on fit and cost

• Strong product mindset: scope before build, prioritize ruthlessly, write specs an engineer can build from

• You understand context engineering, getting the right data to the model so what you build is genuinely practical

• Excellent, proactive communication with internal teams and external platforms

• Comfort with performance metrics (CAC, LTV, CVR, AOV, ROAS) is a plus; agency or performance-marketing experience even better
