Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Execution
- Expert in manpower planning, formalizing recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end hiring cycles, role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & onboarding coordination.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent mapping.
Screening and Interviewing
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers; maintain strong business relationships.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
Recruitment Coordination
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
- Assist with the preparation and posting of job postings on platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Work India etc.,
- Coordination with the hiring managers for the open positions.
