• Development and customization: Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM applications and modules to align with business requirements.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with SAP using APIs and other web services.
• Workflow and automation: Implement and optimize workflows, automation, and blueprints within Zoho applications.
• Troubleshooting and support:
