Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, leading the team, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and visual merchandising.
- Manage inventory, billing, cash handling, and stock control.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic MS Excel.
