Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Hardware Sales Executive** to promote and sell computer hardware products and IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.

* Promote and sell computer hardware products, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, networking devices, CCTV systems, accessories, and related IT solutions.

* Meet prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.

* Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing with customers.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





* Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and retail customers.

* Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for product demonstrations, installations, and after-sales support.

* Follow up on inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.

* Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM or sales reports.

* Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify recent business opportunities.

* Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Required Skills

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking products, peripherals, and IT solutions.

* Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.

* Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.
