Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise architecture vision for BSS, Billing & Charging, aligning with overall business strategy and program objectives.
- Serve as the technical authority for BSS, billing, charging, and revenue management domains, establishing a technology roadmap and architectural blueprint.
- Architect end-to-end blueprints for BSS, Billing & Charging domains, ensuring seamless data and process flows with other internal systems.
- Design scalable, modular, and resilient architectures that integrate legacy components with modern cloud-based services.
- Provide thought leadership and drive adoption of the latest technologies and best practices, including AI and machine learning innovations.
- Build and enforce architecture governance frameworks, ensuring all solutions adhere to security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into robust architectural designs.
