We're now looking for a Social Media Executive to help manage and grow our clients' social presence, and our own.

As a Social Media Executive, you'll manage social media content for a portfolio of client brands (and Vichithram's own channels) across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You'll work closely with strategist, copywriters and designers. You'll own the day-to-day rhythm of posting, engaging, and reporting that keeps each brand's presence consistent and growing.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and track monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts.
- Coordinate content — carousels, static posts, short-form video, articles — with the internal design and content team
- Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages,



maintaining an active, on-brand community presence
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, leads) and put together monthly reporting for clients
- Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes, and suggest recent content ideas proactively
- Coordinate occasional on-site or on-location content shoots
- Support boosting/promotion of high-performing posts within agreed budgets
- Liaise with client stakeholders for content approvals and feedback

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably at an agency (in-house experience considered too)
- Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube best practices and native content formats
- Comfort with scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or similar)
- Basic design sensibility — you don't need to be a designer, but you should know w
