Role Description

The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in

The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory, including developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional customers. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, executing channel sales strategies, generating leads, and ensuring effective sales operations such as order processing, follow-ups, and timely collections. The role involves providing responsive customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and supporting promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales. The Sales Officer will collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback, align on targets, and report on performance metrics.
