We're looking for a Solution Owner to join our delivery team: a hands-on problem solver who can sit with enterprise clients, understand their processes deeply, and design automation and AI solutions that people genuinely love to use. You'll be the one person who owns a solution from the first client conversation to go-live: the business analysis, the design, and the delivery. You will own
- The end-to-end delivery of AI & Automation solutions for enterprise clients. You are the single point of accountability for scope, timelines, budgets and outcomes.
- Deep-diving into business processes, uncovering pain points and designing intuitive interfaces that your users will love.




- Detailed wireframes, mockups, and user stories that enable developers bring your vision to life.
- Use analytics to measure success after go‑live and ensure your solutions deliver real business impact.
- Build lasting client relationships that drive expansion and referrals.

What we are looking for
- 5+ years in roles where you've managed complex projects and worked directly with external enterprise clients.
- Recent, practical experience delivering automation and/or AI solutions (process automation, RPA, GenAI/LLM).
- Hands-on experience in business analysis, UI/UX, and project management.
- An undeniable sense of ownership: you're driven by results, not just tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal English. Communication skills to explain complex ideas simply and hold your own with senior client stakeholders. This is central to the role, not a nice-to-have.
