The Transformation Lead will lead the modernization of infrastructure and operations ecosystems, driving transformation across core pillars like Identity, Network, Hybrid Cloud, Applications, Data, User Experience and Operations. This role focuses on building integrated, intelligent, and scalable platforms, where AI, Agentic AI, and automation enable self-optimizing infrastructure, secure access, real-time data intelligence, and enhanced user experiences. The architect will define and execute a future-state architecture that unifies these pillars into a cohesive, policy-driven and AI-enabled enterprise platform.

This position reports to the Director of Infrastructure transformation and Network services and is part of the Infrastructure and Operations group located in Bengaluru, India and will be an on-site role.
