Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure
zero safety incidents
at the workplace through strict adherence to safety standards and procedures.
- Plan, allocate, and manage manpower effectively as per operational requirements.
- Handle team performance, motivation, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Manage inventory and ensure availability of consumables on a weekly basis.
- Prepare countermeasures and conduct
5W analysis
for problem-solving and improvement actions.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and MIS reports.
- Develop case simulations and create new simulation scenarios for process improvement and training.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives while focusing on cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze operational problems, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Provide training to new manpower on safety, quality standards, company policies, discipline, and core job processes.
- Manage SAP/WMS/MIS activities,



including GRN (Goods Received Note) processing and system-based data management.
- Plan and control packing, receiving, and dispatch operations.
- Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training programs for recent employees.
- Provide training on case handling and container loading processes.
- Ensure proper execution of put-away activities, lot segregation, and table preparation.
- Achieve daily production and operational targets as per the planned schedule.
- Develop and maintain skill matrices through continuous training and competency development.
- Ensure empty dispatch activities are completed as per daily plans.
- Maintain workplace organization and compliance through effective
5S implementation

Educational Qualification
- Graduate / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or equivalent qualification.
