Role Summary: We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & Content Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Instagram (Main & Jobs page), LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts

Plan, create & post reels, carousels, job creatives & employer branding content

Write engaging captions with hashtag strategy

Design post creatives & edit short-form videos

Share jobs in WhatsApp groups and drive community engagement

Support podcast thumbnail & feature image design

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Requirements:

Solid content creation & graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe)

Basic video editing knowledge

Understanding of social media trends & analytics
