Job Summary

The Career Development Officer (CDO) is responsible for counselling prospective students and working professionals, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them towards the most suitable ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) program offered by Jaro Education in partnership with leading institutions. The role involves consultative selling, relationship management, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Sales
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding the ACCA qualification and its career opportunities.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and financial requirements to recommend the most suitable program.
- Conduct detailed counselling sessions over phone calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions where applicable.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective consultative selling.

Lead Management
- Handle leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, and other sources.




- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects throughout the admission cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Product Knowledge
- Develop a thorough understanding of the ACCA curriculum, exemptions, eligibility criteria, fee structure, examination process, and career prospects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Revenue Generation
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Consistently maintain conversion ratios as per organizational expectations.
- Drive enrolments through effective objection handling and negotiation skills.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with prospective students.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.
