Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive the growth of Reneverse’s solar rooftop business across Karnataka/ Kerala. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building solid client relationships, and closing sales deals for rooftop solar and related renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business leads in residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar markets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis,



and prepare sales strategies for target segments.
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships with individual customers, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Present technical and financial proposals in coordination with the engineering and design teams.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation, site visit, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing to project handover.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver tailored solar solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and business KPIs as defined by management.
- Maintain CRM records, generate reports, and provide periodic sales forecasts.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of solar rooftop systems, EPC processes, National and State level Solar governing policies and basic project economics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
