Position Summary

The Head of Communications India is responsible for developing and executing a holistic "One DKMS India" communications strategy across DKMS Asia, DKMS Foundation India, and DKMS Life Science Lab India.





The role must successfully integrate and communicate the three strategic pillars of DKMS in India:

1. Donor Recruitment & Collections growing awareness, donor registrations and retention.

2. Access to Transplantation – supporting patients, working with transplant centres, healthcare professionals, and healthcare ecosystem partnerships.

3. Diagnostics, Research & Innovation – strengthening the positioning and growth of DKMS Life Science Lab India, including diagnostic services such as ALL-MRD and other advanced testing solutions.

A key responsibility of this role is to create a unified narrative that bridges DKMS' charitable mission and social impact activities with its scientific, diagnostic, and commercial offerings. The successful candidate will ensure that these complementary dimensions reinforce one another and contribute to DKMS' overall reputation, credibility, and impact in India.
