Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve a targeted percentage improvement in order processing time and overall system performance
- Ensure seamless integration between the SAP FICO module and CRM systems
- Regular reviews of reporting structures, implementation of advanced analytics tools, and documentation of improved reporting outcomes.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze their requirements. Understand the organization's business processes and translate these requirements into SAP solutions
- Ensure successful delivery of SAP implementation projects within established timelines and objectives
- Regular assessments of process efficiency, implementation of optimization measures, and documentation of successful improvements
- Regular training assessments, feedback from end-users, and documentation of improved system proficiency
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use the SAP system.



Offer ongoing support to address user questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of SAP modules.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 10-15 years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) module implementation or consulting role.
- Solid understanding of accountancy principles, general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable processes, inventory management techniques.
- Proficiency in configuring various SAP FICO modules including FI/CO/MM/PP/HR/PS using ABAP programming language or other relevant tools.
- Experience working on large-scale ERP implementations involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
