About the Role

Tutree is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Lead Generation and Sales teams. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and mentor the Lead Generation and Sales teams.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase qualified leads and revenue.
- Track team performance, conversion rates, and overall productivity.
- Coach team members through regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Conduct daily meeting with teammates to analyze the flaws and lackings.




- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and maximize revenue.

Requirements
- Minimum
5–6 years of experience
in Sales Management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building, managing, mentoring, and motivating high-performing Sales and Lead Generation teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, performance tracking, and process optimization.
- Self-driven, target-oriented professional with the ability to thrive in a quick-paced, results-driven environment.
- Candidate must be based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
- Known to Bengali is mandatory, along with proficient English communication skills.
- Experience with Craigslist and/or Nextdoor plateform will be considered a strong advantage.
