- ● Stay updated on the UK visa regulations and career pathways to provide informed advice.
- ● Be up to date, ideally with the UK life management knowledge and the UK education sector.
- ● Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- ● Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail for managing inquiries.
- ● Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
- ● Have proficiency in using the CRM software and use of Microsoft Office tools.
- ● Perform sales of international student admissions by engaging with customers over the phone.
- ● Provide communication to the central admissions team to ensure the completion of payments.
