Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with 3–7 years of experience in B2B industrial sales and marketing. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating leads, managing key customer relationships, preparing business proposals, driving revenue growth, and developing marketing strategies for engineering, manufacturing, industrial automation, or Special Purpose Machine (SPM) businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, industrial automation, and engineering sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, digital platforms, exhibitions, referrals, and direct customer engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, industrial clients, and key accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering and costing teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals.




- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business growth.
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and customer meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management MIS reports.
- Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution.
- Maintain CRM and customer databases with accurate sales records.
