Role Overview

The Events Lead MICE will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering end-to-end MICE programs including meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. This role requires solid leadership, client management, operational excellence, and the ability to deliver high-impact experiences within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of MICE events including domestic and international conferences, incentive trips, exhibitions, and corporate meetings
- Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and execution plans aligned with client objectives
- Ensure seamless on-ground execution including venue management, logistics, production, hospitality, and vendor coordination

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management




- Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable event strategies
- Present proposals, budgets, and post-event reports to clients and internal stakeholders

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of event managers, executives, and on-ground staff
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure delivery excellence
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, finance, travel, and operations

Vendor & Partner Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors including hotels, venues, production partners, travel agencies, and local suppliers
- Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Build long-term relationships with strategic partners

Budgeting & Compliance
- Prepare and manage event budgets, cost estimates, and reconciliations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and risk management protocols
- Handle contracts, POs, and vendor payments in coordination
