We are looking for a skilled Spoken English Trainer to train our dispatch support team. The trainer will focus on improving spoken fluency, listening accuracy, and professional communication — specifically for UK client interactions in a logistics and dispatch environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the current English proficiency of dispatch support staff (speaking & listening)
- Design and deliver training sessions focused on spoken fluency, pronunciation, accent neutralization, and listening comprehension
- Develop industry-specific training modules using real dispatch scenarios: handling inbound calls, confirming delivery details, managing exceptions, clarifying shipment information
- Conduct role-play exercises simulating UK client calls (e.g., delivery delays, address corrections, proof of delivery)
- Train staff on British English phrases, polite formal language, and call handling etiquette
- Run listening drills using UK-accented audio clips (various regional accents)
- Provide one-on-one coaching for team members needing extra support




- Monitor progress through regular assessments and share feedback reports with management
- Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field
- IELTES certification (preferred)

Experience:
- 1–2 years of spoken English training experience (experience in BPO/call center training is a strong plus)
- Familiarity with UK accent and expressions is highly desirable

Key Skills:
- Exceptional spoken English with a clear, neutral-to-British accent
- Strong listening skills — ability to identify and correct common pronunciation and comprehension errors
- Experience designing role-play and scenario-based training for customer-facing roles
- Patience and ability to coach learners at different skill levels
- Basic understanding of logistics/dispatch terminology (or willingness to learn)
