Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience to

support day-to-day maintenance of plant machinery and equipment. The role involves

assisting in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure smooth plant

operations and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and

machinery.

• Assist in maintenance of CNC machines, VMC machines, and assembly lines

(mechanical aspects).

• Support maintenance and upkeep of EOT cranes, JIB cranes, forklifts, and

stackers.

• Carry out routine inspection, lubrication, alignment,



and tightening activities.

• Identify mechanical issues and escalate major problems to senior team members.

• Assist in maintenance of plant utilities equipment such as compressors and related

mechanical systems.

• Execute daily maintenance tasks as per schedule and supervisor instructions.

• Ensure proper use of tools and adherence to safety practices.

• Maintain basic records of maintenance activities and breakdowns.

• Support housekeeping and ensure clean working conditions around machines.
