At Artistic Indians, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Merchandiser to independently manage buyer accounts and ensure seamless execution from product development to shipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle assigned international customer accounts.
- Manage end-to-end communication with buyers and factory
- Coordinate product development (PD), sampling, quotations, and order execution.
- Follow up with vendors on production timelines and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with QC, logistics, and internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain order status, documentation, and regular customer updates.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Build strong relationships with buyers and manufacturing partners.





Desired Profile
- 37 years of merchandising experience, preferably in furniture or home dcor exports.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Positive understanding of product development, production planning, and export documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
