Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter at CareerBloc, working on a target-based compensation model (up to 10k / target based). The Junior Recruiter will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers and clients. Daily responsibilities include managing job postings, maintaining candidate databases, following up with applicants, and assisting in matching suitable candidates to open roles. The role also involves clear communication with clients and candidates, updating recruitment trackers, and contributing to a positive candidate experience. The Junior Recruiter will collaborate with the broader team to meet hiring targets and support CareerBloc’s reputation as a reliable recruitment partner.





Qualifications
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment support, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and clients.
- Basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple roles, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access and proficiency with online collaboration tools.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work toward clear hiring and performance goals.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
