HR Specialist (Core HR Operations)

Department: - Human Resources (HR Shared Services / HR Operations / Core HR)

Pune - Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Haveli (Only Pune based candidates will be considered for this role).

Minimum 3 to 5 years

6-month Contract (Extendable based on Performance)

5- Days a week - In client location

EMEA Shifts - 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM OR 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (In case of night shifts, cab facility will be provided)

Work from office (No Hybrid or Remote)

Education Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in:
- BBA (HR)
- B.Com
- BA
- BBM
- BMS

OR
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

Detailed Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist Core HR Operations to support HR operations across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate should possess robust experience in Core HR processes,



employee lifecycle management, HR systems, stakeholder management, and HR documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of employee lifecycle activities including Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML), employee data management, Workday transactions, reporting, compliance, governance, and maintaining employee records while adhering to organizational policies and data privacy standards.

The role requires collaboration with HR Business Partners, managers, employees, payroll teams, and global HR teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
