Role & responsibilities

Description:
- Provide support for critical business applications.
• Triage issues reported by system users and drive resolution.
• Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business users, development teams and vendors.
• Work with application architects, developers, QA, and other technical team members to drive successful technical solutions.
• Assists in systems solutions that support overall business strategies.
• Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of pharmacy systems.
• Defines scope, objectives and coordinates system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
• Function as a liaison between IT and business users.
• Demonstrate both business and technical expertise.
• Communicates clearly and effectively to diverse audiences of technical and non-technical personnel.
• Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs.




• Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
• Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.
• In depth knowledge of tools utilized Jira, Confluence.
• In depth Knowledge on Data base and SQL.
• Should have work experience in DWH/Data Lake applications.
• Experience in designing, building, and supporting the components of data warehouse, such as ETL processes, databases, reports, and reporting environments.
• Identifies and documents all requirements for both new and current data warehouse components and reports by working with end users.
• B.Tech /B.E /MCA
• 6+ years of experience of work experience in Data warehouse or Data Lake applications
• 6+ years of experience in SQL, ability to build complex queries.
• 6+ years of experience with Solid analytical skil
