- CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA Finance or equivalent preferred; degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline required with 11+ years of experience.
- Strong experience in financial accounting, group reporting, TB review, Balance Sheet control and P&L; analysis.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, financial controls and audit requirements.
- Able to review reconciliations, journals, schedules and financial commentary with robust attention to detail.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, challenge and influencing skills.
- Experience working with shared services/process operations and tight close timelines.
