Financial Reporting & Analysis:

a. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

b. Analyse financial data and provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.

c. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports for management Budgeting & Forecasting:

a. Support the budgeting process, including the preparation and consolidation of departmental budgets.

b. Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance and provide variance analysis ( for Singapore / VZA/BLR)

c. Assist in financial forecasting to aid in strategic planning. Accounting Operations:

a. Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

b. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies (ERP Vs. School Management Software)

c. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Compliance & Audit:

a. Ensure compliance with local, state, and central financial regulaons. b. Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.

c. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of the financial data
