- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a qualified and compassionate manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Register patients accurately and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Guide patients regarding consultations, diagnostic services, admissions, billing, and insurance procedures.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, health check-up packages, feedback, and service updates.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
