Senior HR Officer

Location: Edappally, Ernakulam, Kerala (In-Person)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

SML SOLAR is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in recruitment, HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

* Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.

* Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory requirements.

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

* Coordinate employee engagement, performance management, and training activities.

* Support HR policies and ensure smooth HR operations.

* Prepare HR reports and MIS.

* Work closely with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Qualifications

* MBA in Human Resources (Preferred)

* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

* 2 – 6 years of HR experience

* Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, PF,



ESI, Labour Laws, and HR Operations.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with HRMS/ERP software is an added advantage.
