HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end for our school.

recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions within the school. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to identify and attract quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for teaching, administrative, and support

staff positions.

 Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and other

recruitment channels.

 Source candidates through job boards, databases, employee referrals, and professional

networking.

 Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

 Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews.





 Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and the Principal.

 Perform reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.

 Maintain an up-to-date recruitment tracker and candidate database.

 Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

 Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.

 Good knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.

 Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems is an added advantage.
