Role Overview
The HR Generalist will lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, deep understanding of HR systems (ATS, LMS, HRMS), and the ability to manage employee lifecycle processes effectively. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced R&D;/technology-driven setting.





Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Draft and finalize comprehensive Job Descriptions (JDs) in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Publish job openings across LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other talent platforms to attract high‑quality candidates.
- Manage and streamline multi‑stage interview processes, including scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication.
- Candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and manage end-to-end preboarding & onboarding cycles.
- Maintain clear and transparent candidate pipelines through meticulous tracking.
- Successfully recruit top tech talent across AI/ML, Azure, Django, AWS, Cloud, C++, Flask, JavaScript, Python, etc for IT Domain
- Source elite talent including IIT graduates, PhD researchers, and specialized domain experts in materials science, life sciences, and computatio
