This role will partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Software Development, Controls Engineering, Project Management, Sales and Corporate Functions to attract and hire exceptional talent across our warehouse automation business.
Beyond recruitment, this role is expected to actively support HR initiatives, employer branding, campus engagement, employee experience and other strategic projects as business needs evolve.

- Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and corporate hiring.

- Quality
- Sales & Corporate Functions
- Build solid talent pipelines for niche warehouse automation skills.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide market intelligence.
- Drive recruitment through direct sourcing, employee referrals, social platforms and recruitment partners.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, offer management and pre-joining engagement.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics and reports.
Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
- Challenge hiring assumptions where required and recommend better hiring solutions.
- Influence stakeholders using market insights and data.
- Support workforce planning discussions.
